+ What are the available mode(s) of payment?
We only accept Paypal currently.
+ Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?
To ensure your order is smoothly processed and promptly delivered, we are unable to amend or cancel your order after confirmation.
+ I've received a defective product. What should I do?
We are sorry for sending you a defective item! Please email email@example.com with your order number, and a photograph of the defect within 3 days from the date of receiving your purchase(s). Our staff will be in touch on the next steps to take once we assess the defect.
All defective items are to reach us within 10 business days from dispatch date for orders made in Singapore. Items must be returned in its original packaging.
A replacement will be provided for defective returns, there is strictly no refund. However, if a replacement is no longer in stock, we will do a full refund in this case.
+ I'm a BEAT'ABOX Student, can I combine both your ongoing promotion with the Student Discount?
We regret to inform you that any ongoing promotion cannot be combined with any other sale, promotion, BEAT'ABOX student discount, code, coupon and/or offer. This means that if you opt for free shipping, you are not allowed to use your student discount.
+ Can I return my purchase?
Unless it is a defective purchase, we do not accept returns unfortunately.
If your order is missing an item or contains a defective product, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 3 days from the date of receiving your purchase(s), and our staff will be in touch on the next steps to take.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, BEAT’ABOX shall only accept replacements and refunds on the condition that the items being replaced, returned or refunded were purchased from the Site or from our Office. Purchases of items other than from the Site and our Office are not eligible for returns, replacements or refunds under these T&Cs.
+ Will I be reimbursed for return delivery charges?
We do not reimburse return delivery charges.
+ Can I drop off the exchanged goods at BEAT'ABOX Office?
Yes you may. Please refer to our opening hours for our availability to process your product exchange.
+ What are the various modes of delivery and how long will it take?
Your order will be dispatched to our logistics partner within 1-2 business days (no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays).
Thereafter, our delivery partner will deliver within the following time frames:
Standard courier: 1 - 2 working days.
+ Do you ship on weekends?
Unfortunately, our logistics partner does not ship on weekends. However, you can submit your orders in by Friday 5pm, to allow us enough time to process and have it delivered to your doorstep by Monday.
+ Do you ship internationally?
We do not support international shipping on our Site at the moment. However, do email us at email@example.com for more details regarding international order and delivery.
+ Can I track my order?
Yes, your tracking number will be sent to you via email once it is processed for delivery.
