Accompanied by 3 energetic songs, the 60-minutes Cajon Workout workshop consists of:

• 15 minutes of groove-out (warmup)
• 10 minutes of Physical exercises on the cajon
• 10 minutes of agility and speed-based exercises
• 20 minutes of choreographed Cajon Workout
• 5 minutes of cool-down

BBX-Fitness_90-Mins

Accompanied by 4 energetic songs, the 90-minutes Cajon Workout workshop consists of:

• 15 minutes of groove-out (warmup)
• 20 minutes of Physical exercises on the cajon
• 20 minutes of agility and speed-based exercises
• 30 minutes of choreographed Cajon Workout
• 5 minutes of cool-down
